  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry or items with custom initials) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or damaged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 14 days via email at vnchshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, or reach out to us through our social media channels for assistance.
  2. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for prompt resolution.
  • If the item is deemed defective, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges:

  • We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
