- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry or items with custom initials) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or damaged.
Return Process:

- Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for prompt resolution.
- If the item is deemed defective, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges:
- We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
